Credit Insurance Program

For Application requirement the following:
    * Proposal's form's ( life + credit)
    * Justification of insurance
    * proof for the last 3 salaries
    * copy of registrar for trader's & companies
    * Purchase items & specifications
N.B: in case of approval hire purchase clauses forming part of acceptance

Rate/ Premium ( life and credit ) applicable on credit limit/loan

(C) Credit 

IN CONJUSTION WITH PIN NUMBER

Monthly : credit insurance premium 0.20% applied on a monthly basis on the
                balance shown on the monthly statement
N.B: W e suggest that fees- frais accesoires do not exceed 35%
         Management fees ( C.S & T) T.B.A
Territorial limits : republic of Lebanon only
Warranties wherever are applicable ( compulsary)
    * Life Insurance
    * Total Loss Motor Insurance
    * Fire & Allied perils ( Blg& CTs)
Conditions:

all applications are to be submitted to the U/D with the suggested requirement / limits prior  to acceptance, the U/D reserves the right to acceept or decline the customer or to change the suggested limit
all Documents used by the applicant/ insured i.e applications forms, contract etc… are to be approved by U/D
The application is subject to special authorization for eaach and every transaction/ approval whether electronically or manually
The U/D reserves the right to suspect details / items and alike related to each and every applicant

Important Notice: the policy holder hereby agrees to keep all aspect of the cover provided confidential and further agrees that the terms and conditions of the policy if approved shall not be made known to any of the  insured persons nor to prospective persons applying for a loan nor to any other third party, the policy holder will assume all consequences of any breach of this confidentiality on their part.
