This policy is designed for company’s need to cover any loss caused by the dishonesty or fraud of any loss of the persons mentioned in the schedule to be advised whilst in the employment of the assured and up to the extend of the respective sums set opposite  the name of such persons in the schedule to be advised and as described hereunder:

Description of coverage:

To insure the insured (defined in the schedule) any omissions committed while carrying out his duties against ( forgery &/or embezzlement &/or waste &/or theft &/or fraudulent transfer &/or extortion) of the monies &/or the insurer’s goods &/or the trusted custody &/or privilege or generally all these acts called hereafter 

(the acts insured against) the Insurance Company shall indemnify the insured called the first beneficiary, against any loss suffered ( caused indemnity to any of the acts insured against during the insurance period provided that indemnity shall not exceed the insured value/limit of indemnity stated in the schedule.
